This air-conditioned 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa (sleeps 5) with large heated private pool in well maintained garden is located in the beautiful Las Fuentes area of Alcossebre. The private pool can be heated to 28 degrees Celsius (from 01/06 to 01/10) if booked at least 7 days before arrival. Heating outside of this period, on request at 100€/week. The villa also provides access to a large communal pool (July and August) and tennis court and is just a 10 minute walk from the beautiful boardwalk, lighthouse, beaches, supermarket, mini-golf, natural park Serra d’Irta, restaurants, bars, bakery, … yet in a very peaceful and quite residential street. The villa is well equipped with air-conditioning, dishwasher, microwave, TV, dvd player, wifi, bbq, child cot, high chair, washing machine … There are 3 terraces (1 closed, 1 open, 1 sun terrace) all overviewing the garden and pool. From the sun terrace you have a nice view on the mountains, natural park, light house and a small sea view. Bed linnen, towels, beach towels, … are also provided. Communication with owner was excellent. Herwig responded very promptly answering all questions. There was lots of information in the villa including list of restaurants and things to do. Kitchen was well equipped and bbq was a bonus. The pool was lovely and great to cool down in the hot sun. The garden had plenty of plants and flowers adding interest to the garden. All in all a great stay

This villa was an absolute dream! The house is perfect – truly even better than the photos. There is nothing to complain about. We stayed for two weeks, and on the second day we had already decided that we would come back next year, but for three weeks. Everything was simply perfect: the pool, the beach, the surroundings. We have visited many places all over the world, but this feels like a little piece of paradise. We can't wait to return next year.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Alcoccebre. Die Villa war in einem sehr guten, sauberen zustand und in einer herforagenden Lage.Der Kontakt mit den Besitzer sowie mit Carmen vor Ort war sehr freundlich und informativ. Es hat uns zu keiner Zeit etwas gefehlt. Das beste ist der grosse, sehr gepflegte Pool. Rund um war das ein sehr schöner Ulraub. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Everything was great and we couldn’t ask anything more. This is a great getaway place to spend some quiet days on your vacation. Everything is in walking distance and heated pool is a big bonus during colder times.
