This is a meat lover’s paradise! Actually, if you want to buy some excellent meat, go to the CASA ANTONIO delicatessen store close by in the Cami l’Atall. On the other side of the store they also opened up a restaurant.

This bar/restaurant is a very popular place for English people (e.g., when they get homesick for a truly English breakfast) and is located right in the marina. They also have inexpensive menus and snacks. Don’t expect more than pub grub, fried tapas or fish & chips, though.

This restaurant is located in the hills, about 5 km further up the road than the villa. It has a recommendation in the Guide Michelin. Reservations are recommended in high season! The food is excellent and varies from fish to meat. They are famous for their rice dishes (these latter must be ordered in advance): try their lobster paella! They also have an excellent and reasonably priced wine list. Children are very welcome and get plenty of special attention. The view over the Alcossebre coastline is probably the best you can find … and just the driving on this small, steep and winding road to the restaurant is an interesting experience (best to have a non-drinking driver on the way home). You might even run into some wildlife crossing the road.

Here you can enjoy delicious hamburger with Black Angus meat, with a very friendly service. Outside the tourist season, this restaurant is often closed or only open on Fridays and Saturdays.
